#12 - Centrally Located - 3 Br House

We had an ok stay and it was clean, but we didn't spend a lot of time there as it was Thanksgiving weekend. Bedding was a little below average, kitchen lacked some basic cooking tools and glassware. The baseboard heating was incredibly loud when it turned on and woke everyone up in the middle of the night one time. A/C window unit with poor/no insulation still in place in the main bedroom making it a very cold room when it was windy and below 30 degrees outside. No instructions for TV found. Host didn't reply to a couple of requests prior to arrival, including an early arrival request and host name no longer shown on vrbo despite "premier" status. Dishes needed to be put away before departure vs. starting the dishwasher prior to departure as most rentals require. Wouldn't stay here again.
