#25 *Massive* 5 BR in Downtown Southington*

The house was perfect. We came in for my son’s wedding and had family staying from all over- Canada, Arkansas and Florida. The house worked out perfect. All the rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. There is a bit of a steep staircase to enter the house which can be tricky for the elderly but completely doable. I would definitely rent this property again if needed.

Overall a comfortable stay. It is important to note that this property is on the second and third floors of an older home. The stairs are very steep. The entrance is a door that is not obvious and communication is only through email and not on the app. The beds were comfortable but a property that sleeps 10 should have enough dishes to serve 10. The host did respond quickly to our needs. It would be helpful to have all instructions and information typed up and posted for all patrons. Email is nice but hard copy instructions and pertinent information would be useful.
