#3 APPENA RISTRUTTURATO E ARREDATO DI NUOVO! DA NON PERDERE!

Upon arrival the bi-level property seemed clean. There were tons of rules that I have not experienced at higher end hosted properties. The railings were very wobbly as we walked up the concrete stairs. The dryer vent was clogged which they had someone fix. The vent was just cleared out. The dryer vent is one that could catch on fire.The hosts attention to detail is clearly lacking. The neighborhood is a little on the sketchy side. There are permanent tenants on the lower level & the walls are very thin. They must work nights & one has a morning routine of clearing his nose/throat.

Beautifully maintained property with a very cozy feel. Plenty of space inside and out. The neighborhood was nice, felt safe, and was conveniently located near lots of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The property manager was very responsive to questions prior to and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Had an amazon package delivered, Amazon sent a picture on the porch, but the package wasn't there when we checked. I asked the property manager to check the doorbell camera and they said they would, twice - no further replies.There is an "apartment" downstairs off the laundry room that has a locked door to the inside.... feels strange. The wording in the house rules are harsh and aggressive. Personally, I would not return.

We enjoyed staying here. Great place, good communication, and a good rate for the space.
